Celebrating Grandkids

Celebrating Creative Grandkids!
Grandmama had the grand idea of taking a field trip by public transportation to the park!
We caught the city bus at the Calvary Baptist Church stop on Kingston Pike. August 29 was a perfect day for our adventures! We didn't have to wait long at all for the bus. Granddad purchased our day passes and we were off. First stop was the Knoxville Station where we caught another bus to take us to Fountain City Park.
Fountain City Park has an irresistible spring brook that invites children to float leaf boats, poke rocks with sticks or splash in water shoes.
Aha! Caught you! Boys and sticks! The imagination can go wild. Is it a sword or a fishing pole?
 What would Captain America do?
Mario is planning his next jump.
What a wonderful day riding the bus, picnicking and playing at the park.
It's fun to go to Grandmama's and play!

 Sometimes Animé characters intimidate.
 Striking a pose
 Lovely characters.
 We dare you! Come on!
And sometimes it is fun when the guys can gather around a game! Ahhh..cousins!
No matter who is where, Grandmama is very blessed!
